The Prinny games from the PSP are coming to the Nintendo hybrid console. Prinny 1: Can I Really Be The Hero? and Prinny 2: Dawn Of Operation Panties, Dood! will arrive on the Switch on October 13, 2020. Prinnies are beloved little beings from the popular Disgaea games.

The Prinny Switch games were first revealed in March earlier this year, and now the official release date has been announced. Along with being able to buy each individually, fans can purchase Prinny 1 & 2: Exploded and Reloaded, a single package that comes with both the original games and all of the DLC.
The Prinny games are hack and slash platformers that reviewed fairly well for the PSP. One of the joys of the Nintendo Switch is that it has been a home for many remakes and revisions of old and cherished titles. While there’s no guarantee, if the Switch port games are successful, it is possible that more Prinny games will be created at some point.
This will not be the first game from the Disgaea universe to land on the Nintendo console, as Disgaea 5 Complete was a launch game for Switch. Disgaea has a cult following of fans, and the Prinnies are adored by many.
Prinny 1 & 2: Exploded and Reloaded will release on October 13 for the Nintendo Switch.
